We are happy to answer any questions you may have regarding any of the courses on this website. Feel free to reach out ( use the contact us form) and ask away!
No, internet access is required. All course offered through learn.botannicals.com are online only courses. There may be some downloaded items within a course but you must have internet access to take all courses.
We strive to keep our courses relevant. In the world of distilling, essential oils and hydrolats, we are constantly learning new things. We want to keep all information current, therefore we put a 5 year limit on each course.
We offer a 100% refund within 7 days if you are not happy with your purchase. Any certificates awarded for the course will be revoked. (In other words, you can’t take the course, get a certificate and then ask for a refund).
If your Certificate of Completion does not print correctly or does not have the correct information please contact us so we can correct for you. You will find your awarded certificates in your student dashboard. Please note, not all courses award certificates.
Once you are enrolled in a course, you will find your instructor’s contact info in the sidebar on the left of the page (desktop) or bottom of page (phone or tablet).
Sign in/out & My Account are located at the top of the page on the main menu. When signed into a course you may also find in the course sidebar.
